Return Policy

RETURNS
If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order (we know you will be!), we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, not damaged, or defective merchandise in the same condition that you received it WITH THE PRICE TAG STILL ATTACHED, within 30 days of original purchase. Items must have been purchased from our website. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. International returns must be processed and paid for by the customer.  Unfortunately, any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for refund. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase is not eligible for refund. Items returned without the price tag still attached, are not eligible for a refund. A $10 shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you.  Any reduced priced items or items marked "Sale" or Final Sale" cannot be returned. Pre-orders are final sale. Accessories are final sale. Items purchased with a coupon code are not eligible for a return.

 

SHOE RETURNS
All shoe returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition. If you are returning shoes, the shoes box must be placed in another box for shipping to protect the shoe box. We cannot accept returns if the shoe box itself has a shipping label attached to it.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item within 5 days of receiving. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

 

EXCHANGES
Due to daily inventory changes, we do not facilitate exchanges. You may reorder your item(s) at your leisure or wait until your return has processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
